If i’m still pretty small would doing only the 7 exercises bring me the same gains as the fb split with more exercises?</p>

If i count only eggs,meat  etc should i count the calories of  the protein from for example rice, and should i do the same with fats for ex a 100g of oats has 7g of fat do I need to count it when setting up my diet, or fats and carbs only count from direct sources?</p>
