I’m currently taking 4 IU of HGH. It’s a bit complicated because I work a rotating shift pattern (4 on, 4 off — 2 days, 2 nights, then 4 days off). To keep things simple, I take HGH first thing in the morning and then fast for two hours. When I’m on night shifts, I take HGH before going to bed.<br />
