It&#8217;s last exercise of upper a so ok it will be slower than other, but there is no improvement week to week. </p>

<p class="">Before that i was using meadows rows, dumbbell rows, got stronger on them but there was not that big carryover to strict rows even&hellip;</p>

I train in garage gym, rack, barbells, dumbbells, upper/lower cable, leg curl machine. I train four years, my weight is 81kg /165cm. (I had two food illness unfortunately before that it was 84-85)</p>
