 had to stop. I had heard of this concept from Mike Israetel once but I wasn&#8217;t entirely sure if it was an actual thing to be honest. Thanks for the input, it is nice to have a place I can go to get the help I need. </p>

Currently building back up to where I was before I had to stop. When should I increase the weight for my lifts? I was wondering if &#8220;Body Recomposition&#8221; was a viable option for me to continue to lose fat, but begin to put on lean tissue as well. Cutting so far for fat loss, about 40 lbs down since the start of last year but I really would rather start putting on size more&hellip;</p>
