<p>Well done on your transformation so far! </p>
<p>Personally I agree with the others in bringing your baseline diet up to maintenance, allowing performance to improve before moving into your fat loss phase again. </p>

I&#8217;d say it&#8217;s worth introducing some food now. If the goal is to build muscle you will need a surplus so you could gradually push back up keeping active still and monitoring body comp. The more muscle you build and have the higher your maintenance cals will get.
