So I made a dumb error when dosing Reta.

Added 1 ml of BAC Water to the 10mg of Reta.

I intended to take 0.5 as a starter dose but I took 50 units (100 unit syringe).

Yes that’s a big blunder and call me dumb. What should I do now?

Wait for a few days and see how I react? Moving forward I will take 10units to match the 1mg/day.

That’s what I said. he went from 1hr cardio and eating less than 2000kcals + 15k/17k steps.. to v little cardio, 2500kcals on TD and around 10k steps… he thinks it’s the anavar bexcause his weight shot up by 5lbs in a week.,

I’ve been in a severe caloric deficit for a v long time coupled with 40mins ED and t3 and clen.However my weight hasn’t been decreasing for a while now.

Do I increase calories back and pull back cardio? I am not tired, just had a Deload.
