With the FB EOD program, there’s 13 exercises mentioned on the YouTube video.

7-8 movements would be ideal, especially going to the gym at busy times.

Do you have any recommendations on what I can cut out?

Thanks!

I am currently running the FB EOD program as recommended.

Over the past few months, I have only 60-75 minutes to train daily with a busy schedule. My FB workouts are taking 1-2h easily, so the later exercises get heavily neglected or often skipped. This causes later stalling or regression – not ideal.

With higher rep work, can this be done in a rest-pause style to hit 25 reps? If so, should I log only my reps before I take a few seconds rest.
