<p>Looking for any advice or a critique on my routine. </p>
<p>its an upper lower cardio <span>but not precisely. </span></p>
<p>Due to work I do cardio wed &amp; fri and work the upper/lower around that. </p>
<p>I would generally lift 3 days and 2 days cardio in a week. </p>

<p>incline smith press x 2 </p>
<p>smith machine row x 2</p>
<p>lat pulldown x 2 </p>
<p>seated db lat raise x 2</p>
<p>triceps x 2</p>
