<p>i&#8217;m eager to jump into an upper lower split and have created the below routine (U/L/R/U/L/R/R) following the guidance in the education section, youtube and other sources. I wondered if I could get some feedback on the exercise selection/split as a whole? Also, my uncertainty/curiosity lies with whether there is a need for direct&hellip;</p>
