I agree with you on quality and that&#8217;s  how I&#8217;m looking at it too. </p>
<p>With PPL, my concern will be getting into the gym 6x a week. Knowing my schedule, I can try to stretch to 1 hour 15, but would need to stick to<span> lifting 3-4 days / week (weekends are very tough for me to do anything in the gym).</span></p>

Did a little research and it looks like upper / lower would be OK. Since I have not been very consistent over the years, I would probably say I am closer to late&hellip;</p>
