I went to my doctor today and he said that the Arimidex he can prescribe is only 1mg and cannot be divided. That means if I were to divide it, there is a risk that in extreme cases one half would have 1mg and the other 0mg.</p>

<p>If the Arimidex package insert says that it cannot be divided, it doesn&#8217;t make sense to quarter it, does it? That would mean running the risk of the active ingredient not being evenly distributed in the tablet.</p>

<p>Hello,</p>
<p>does it matter how deep the needle is in the muscle when injecting?</p>
<p>I think I once heard that you shouldn&#8217;t use insulin needles for injecting into the muscle. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m currently injecting about 90mg every 3 days and I&#8217;m having wild fluctuations in my levels within those days. I have a total testosterone level of 14 on day 1 and 7 on day 3.</p>

<p>The doctor said the same thing about processed foods. He also said that you can get very good protein powders these days that have few ingredients and he thinks that they are not the problem, but the amino acid histidine and that would not change with chicken instead of protein powder.</p>

This gives me little to no skin irritation.</p>
<p>I have a dermatologist appointment at the end of the month and will mention Roaccutane. Nothing else is likely to help.</p>
<p>I have Vital Support and Love-Heart in my plan as standard! That should reduce the damage a little.</p>
