I’ve been running a FBEOD split since January this year, pushing it hard ever since.<br />
Lifts went up a lot (Bench 90&#215;3 &#8211; 100&#215;8 / HackSquat 140&#215;8 &#8211; 170&#215;6 / Seated OHP 60&#215;6 &#8211; 80&#215;6 etc)<br />

<p>How do yous deal with poor sessions, maybe yous dont have any &#x1f602; </p>
<p>The odd week maybe one week every 6/7 weeks i’ll have a couple sessions where mentally im just not there, I take pride in the fact i still go and do as hard as i can, but feels like i can’t push myself 100%</p>

<p>Recently swapped to a full body eod split and my bench press set there was 100kgx2 which isn’t a good sign</p>
<p>Is this because of not recovery properly? or does my body need to get used to this new frequency</p>
