Trip to ultraflex Rotherham today
Hit a leg session and used the gymleco hack squat again as don’t have accesss to this at my gym
Checked in with Joe this morning also
No changes made haven’t needed to make any tweaks to food since show as weight is still climbing at a nice rate . Appetite is still high but want to keep this is in a good

Usual day today as you can see not much changes for me day to day same routine
Work boxed off this morning then went and trained chest and shoulders
Strength still climbing and body weight still going up while keeping in reasonable condition
Bit of stress this evening as my sphynx cat went missing but thanks to Facebook (which I never use) she was found
Tomorrow heading Upto ultraflex Rotherham for legs

2 clients competing today at pca one 1st place and one came 4th
Nothing out the normal routine of a Sunday today

Blood work came back today and Joe is pretty happy with how good they are so we can continue the cycle on
Weight back up a touch over the last few days so I know it’s going in the right direction
Legs got hit yesterday and strength is back up deffo took it out of me as ended up sleeping after the session
This morning client work ticked off then will hit an arm session this afternoon

Rest day from training for me today
Client work ticked off this morning then finished the rest of my tattoo off
Weight has dipped off the last few days sitting at 119.9kg this morning it’s a comfortable weight to sit at for me , appetite high and gym performance is up
Bloods should be back this week and then can plan the next phase of the push up

Pec dec fly
Db chest spp side raise
Cable side raise
Rear delts db rest pause set
Appetite back up with a solid night sleep
Checked in today and no changes made again which is fine as weight is still increasing along with strength in the gym

Do you have any baseline Lantus in at the moment, or not used during the rebound?[/quote]No insulin used in this rebound phase mate , would rather opt for nova rapid over lantus when using in offseason also

How often do you change/ adjust your training?
Big Louis
Training doesn’t change that often ran my last split for about 8 months and tapered volume when needed
Try to stick to the same movements but if one isn’t free at the gym don’t like waiting will swap it around

Day 2 of pca universe for clients
One pro card achieved and another 4th place
Rest day from the gym luckily as shattered and always a busy day
4.5 hour drive home and I’m ready for bed !

Up in Hull today for client shows who won his bodybuilding class ! Show went on abit later than expected but still managed to get a good leg session in at ultra flex hull which consisted of the following
2 sets leg extension 8-12 reps
2 sets seated hamstring curl 5-10 reps
Gymleco hack squat 2 sets 5-10 reps
Hypers 2 sets 5-10 reps
Off plan tonight and early start again tomorrow for the pca universe show
