Do what works best for you. If you don&#8217;t have a very active job, then reducing by 2-300 cals on rest days is usually a good approach. Some simply take out their intra drink and keep the rest similar. </p>

<p>If you want to keep some cardio in for the health benefits, I would favour doing some moderate intensity cardio away from your training sessions, keeping your heart rate above 120bpm. This doesn&#8217;t necessarily need to be daily, you may just want to keep your step count up on a Leg day for example&hellip;</p>

Yesterdays previous low of 126kg had been wiped out today with me weighing 124.5kg. Drop in calories by 100 yesterday and my body has responded. Just goes to show you don’t need to make big changes when dropping calories, but timing is key.</p>
