<p>Best hamstring focused leg day since the surgery. Making progress weekly now.</p>

<p>BW is around 297lbs this AM went to 291 Saturday freak drop. Drive to Heathrow in the morning for my flight to vegas. Excited but also going to miss my girls.</p>

<p>Still been super busy with work, check ins and new starters but we’re getting there. Only to vegas Tuesday for a client show. Which is exciting. </p>

<p>Lower rehab and arms tomorrow. First week on plan with Hilly and thoroughly enjoying the set up </p>

<p>Still not fully caught up with new starter plans and enquiries but I’m slowly getting there . Cannot complain at being busy. When it’s something you love  diet is going well. I’m enjoying everything and I can’t wait to train tomorrow!! </p>

So very happy. </p>

<p>Got my new plan from hilly through this evening so first upper session tomorrow I’m looking forward to a lot. </p>

<p>Then back to the room to wake up pheebs and have a coffee on the balcony until Effie woke. Fed and went to breakfast then we had a day just chilling. </p>

And get some rehab work done. </p>
<p>I’ve had my work cut out today as pheebs had the hen doo. But was only out for 3-4 hours. And she only had a few cocktails like me yesterday .but I had to hold the fort with a 15 week old who is very much a mummy’s girl. But we had no&hellip;</p>

But be mindful of e2 related sides I prefer micro dosing daily rather than bigger doses with hcg</p>

It’s tough but we’re having fun. I also don’t think you realised how much of a break you need and how tired you are until your away. </p>

And trialling it and seeing what you think, what we have all individually done. I really like 5 amino and SS31 I don’t get a feel but it make sense for me for overall oxidative stress we out on our bodies. </p>

And you are lean you can have a good run here and look at adding 0.25-0.5% BW on average per week. </p>

<p>Your E2 reading is lower that what can be tested is what your saying? I would expect for masteron to be keep E2 low. Are you having any low E2 symptoms? How do you feel?</p>
<p>Is it a trusted source? it may not be masteron and maybe EQ if theres not a reading for E2&#8230;.</p>

And for the majority not something we need to worry about. There are some benefits to adjusting resistance profiles with some movements based on where you have them in the session as Meg states.</p>

<p>But rehab session done, nice dog walks, practised walking the pushchair round the block with the dogs, did plenty of food prep and also prepping for knee surgery and also the baby arrival. </p>
<p>Ive got a busy week this week hopefully not too stressful. I have a court case Tuesday to keep my drivers license. Photo&hellip;</p>

<p>for example I have 90 mins to 2 hours 4 days a week.</p>

<p>Then you next right what do you enjoy the most?</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t mind I just want to progress.</p>

<p>Cardio and check in day for me 329lbs this AM after holding 327lbs all week. But had an off plan friday and then did a homemade chicken curry last night. Which was mega. </p>
<p>Then we had a nice afternoon and Pheebs familys for her sister&#8217;s little boys 1st birthday!</p>
<p>Ready to get stuck in to a big week of training!</p></p>
