<p>Fertility is going well bud still on the same protocol. I have another semen analysis 29th of this month. If all is as I expect it to be I will be having some frozen and stored. </p>

<p>I have zero lantus in currently and carbs back up to 750g daily on the mito stack FBG 4.3-4.6</p>
<p>Is that the most cost effective? Maybe not but the extra benefits you will get alongside this, with nutrient partitioning, insulin sensitivity, cognitive function, energy production will be worth it!!</p>

Everyone is different bud. Do you get good pumps in the gym?</p>
<p>I use pink iodised salt 3g per meal and intra so 21g salt on TD and 18g on NTD</p>
<p>When Im pushing the drugs higher and my BP sometimes starts to increase I put 2g pink ad 1g lo salt in&#8230;..</p>

<p>I run it all year, as I jab the same sites for GH, L-carn, etc and have my sites for gear when Im on. So I don&#8217;t mind jabbing it. </p>

What it does is help you tolerate higher E2 better, but if E2 climbs, Mast alone won’t fix it. </p>
<p>If you’re running 250mg/wk test + 150mg mast weekly, I’d recommend splitting that into more frequent daily shots, IME it helps with fewer fluctuations in&hellip;</p>

I was still drained this AM but as food has stayed down and Ive hydrated well Ive come around more as the day has gone on. </p>
<p>4 meals again today I could have done 5 but didn&#8217;t want to push it&#8230;.</p>
<p>I am gagging to get back in the gym so I know I feel better, as I wanted to right my&hellip;</p>

Feel a lot better in myself today not right yet still very drained and weak, but I feel alive at least. My bowel movements have slowed down a hell of alot and Im holding fluid down well. So positive signs had 3 meals today </p>

Hahaha! Ive missed this feeling. They have got worse as the day has gone on.</p>
<p>20 mins cardo and 2 little walks with the dogs to loosen them up and just a chilled day and some work done. Ready for an early night back in for upper tomorrow!!</p>

You can scale back volume slightly to any big compounds after 2 or 3 weeks if recovery starts to suffer. Dont take and forced reps or 50/50 reps </p>

Positive is I was able to get back on the bike this AM pain free for 20 mins cardio. Great push session in the books. Meeting with accountant, then mowed the grass and did the weeding. </p>
<p>Lots of sorting to do this week as Im changing a few things over with the companies and accounts. Which I&hellip;</p>
