Hey guys,
I have to have some reconstructive facial surgery and surgeon has requested I don’t lift for 7-8 weeks post surgery.
I have lifted for 18 years and competed for 8 years. I have been on AAS for 6 years.
My questions are this, how would you handle diet and gear during the recovery period? I don’t really have plans to compete again… Read more
