I am now going into a long offseason and want your opinions on my diet based on overall micros and macros?<br />
I have to train after 1 meal based on schedule and I do 4 meals as it fits my daily schedule best if need be later I could do 5 </p>

I have never had a problem with digestion or anything with any type of bread so I was wondering if I should keep it or use a better type of bread like sourdough that may have less ingredients? I have tried many brands of whey! I also always use rice and grinds plain COR! </p>

<p>Just curious if anyone has any tricks to make the COR more thick? I live in the United States so I cant get TBJP COR or whey ISO sadly! </p>
