<p>Coming off the back of my first fairly successful season stepping into open bodybuilding classes </p>
<p>I know to move up I need more size everywhere but particularly through the quads (legs generally) </p>
<p>Interested in some thoughts opinions on designing a split to bring these up </p>

<p>Been cruising into shows on 300 test, 800mast , 40 clen, no cardio, 7k steps, 4000kcal average t3 t4 25/100mcg</p>
<p>Prep length 18 week total.</p>
<p>I know the goal to move up over next 18/24 months is size particularly through quads </p>
