I’m currently 6.5 weeks out and my sleep has declined week on week throughout<br />
I have a a good bedtime routine, regular sleep time, supplement with fade out, 1500 m magnesium and 5htp<br />
I get to sleep straight away about 8.30/9 but wake up everyday 2/2.30am and really can’t get back over </p>

<p>Ive been on a cruise of 150mg test e the last 8 weeks</p>

<p>Bloods are all in a good spot except for hdl cholesterol which is sitting at 0.68 with ldl and total cholesterol in range (medichecks) </p>

<p>Ive been using jp love heart and supplement needs cv pro the past few months </p>

<p>29 now, competed in mens physique last year.</p>
<p>Plan is to move up and grow over next 2 years to a bodybuilding class, I&#8217;m under no illusion of pro cards etc, just very much enjoy the process and personal progress; </p>
<p>Strength, performance, size all been great with current cycle, however seeing gyno very much gets to me as can ruin any look. Ran primo&hellip;</p>

<p>So had a 2 day reseed, scaled cardio to 20mins and steps at 10k</p>
<p>Calories I pushed to 4000 both days, 600g carbs, 100g fat, had a mcdonalds burger and large fries in there as last meal</p>
<p>Woke up this morning over 0.5lb down!</p>
<p>Feel much more energetic and session yesterday was good, still on the flat side</p>

<p>We had a 5min increase in cardio x6 and 1k bump in steps plus the addition of Tren 2 weeks ago.</p>
<p>So far through the whole prep I&#8217;ve had 2 non consecutive refeed days of around 3800kcal, 350-400g carbs</p>
<p></p>
<p>Performance has took a hit alongside sleep this past week, its certainly noticeable.</p>
<p>Im not sure how much I have left to pull off?</p>

<p>looking for some thoughts and opinions on first show prep.</p>
<p>Currently 4 and 5 weeks out from first timers and beginners mens physique category; I&#8217;m under no illusions of winning but just want to be my absolute best.</p>
<p>Starting weight was 207lbs 14 weeks ago, currently 169.8lbs this am however weight has dropped nearly 7lbs in 8 days and&hellip;</p>

I’m 8 and 9 weeks out from 2bros men’s physique beginners show<br />
Currently sitting at 182lb and was 163lb at the end of my last diet in March last year 4 weeks out before shows got pulled </p>
