My question is should i do more volume on the Fr session, becuase i have 1 more restday between FB on Mo?<br />
Should i do overall more volume? Same volume? More volume on Weakpoints or certain muscle groups?</p>

Would it be better to do 1 set, or switch to the split Jordan did?<br />
