I was warming up for incline smith yesterday. I was working up to 3.75pps. As I was warming up I could feel shooting pain in my pecs as I brought the bar down and pressed up. So I stopped and didn’t do any pressing that session. I have woken up and my pec is all bruised. Anyone have any advice?
