<p>&lt;font face=&#8221;inherit&#8221;&gt;Personally I would keep food slightly lower during &lt;/font&gt;reload&lt;font face=&#8221;inherit&#8221;&gt; phase then when back to training bump them up a little! &lt;/font&gt;</p>

<p>I like to think i train hard and intense, after my sessions i feel still &#8216;up a height’ appitite drops off thinking its due to still being heavily pns zapped,</p>
<p>Was thinking Halycon would help to calm me, how good is this product etc?</p>

Diet looks good apart from id have cream of rice postworkout as its faster absorption rate and also will keep u full due to volume while cutting/recomping 🙂</p>
