Hey guys. I just got my peptides and was wondering if you inject im or subq? In my case i got a bad left elbow and right shoulder.. so would if u inject around the spots and do like everything in one syringe intramusclar in the shoulder or maybe bpc/tb subq around the injury sites and reta im some random place?
