<p>I have a question on gauging on my maintenance calorie</p>
<p>Currently I’m 65 kg, 165 cm estimate about 14%body fat</p>
<p>Current goal is in gain phase , train 4 days / week, 10k steps daily</p>
<p>For some history I been eating 1700 kcals for my cut and currently I’m switching to gaining phase, </p>
