25 g rice off from m5<br />
Last meal adjustment removed bread swapped for rice and added some protein. Calorie wise around 100 cal pull from that meal<br />

<p>I believe it&#8217;s down to high stress levels, which in turn will raise cortisol. As cortisol is a vasoconstrictor, it makes sense that it will affect blood flow to the muscle. This is my understanding anyway. </p>
