My legs are trash and I want to hit them as frequently as possible. I find it hard to fit full body in an hour especially as I’ve cycled through the same workouts 8 weeks +.</p>
<p>Do I drop upper isolation exercises and crack on with full body, move to upper/lower or try to modify full body to&hellip;</p>
