<p>My meal was </p>
<p>3 whole eggs<br />
30g whey<br />
90g cream of rice<br />
50g blueberries </p>
<p>My glucose on the blood test was low at 52 mg/dL and the normal range says 65-139 mg/dL. </p>

But I start my finish 9-5 job this week so I will have a lot more time in the day and be awake for more hours each day! </p>

Where do you guys think I should go from here as far as adding in cals and reducing cardio / steps?</p>

Will it be accurate to do cooked weight measurements for rice now for my meals if I the rice on a scale before cooking and the water and cook the rice in the rice cooker with the exact same amount of water everytime? </p>
