<p>I’m currently 8-13 weeks out of NY and Toronto.</p>

<p>Again, I highly recommend to you to tidy-up (get lean lean) and recomp to respond better and then with the set plan bump calories slowly and build a solid base.</p>

<p>Could splitting cardio with session as minimal as 20min, let say 20 AM fasted and 20min PM post workout or before the last meal on a rest day could help recovery?</p>
<p>So whenever your total cardio time is under 40min you go in one stride,  ut when it hits 40m+ splitting it is better?</p>
<p>If time is not an obligation.</p>

<p>Sometime due to the fact that like Corinne say it’s never a linear thing, I reset by 1/2 my cardio, add some high days and get back to the routine by increasing cardio or using tools.</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t think I have my Canadian friend, I&#8217;ve run test at 500 with 250-300 npp with no caber and no sides, but I don&#8217;t know how to dose it properly or when should I bloodwork into a cycle with Cabergoline, I just have it on hand in case because when I was coached he said so, was suppose to dose 1/2 tabs eod, looks overkill. Thank buddy!</p>

<p>This is a question about what should I do to optimize my progression, I did not know where to put it in the forum because I adress alot of things. <span>I was alot of months into a state of maintenance (gym closed in CAN) where I was eating a plan, training at home 4-5 days a week, doing 5x 30 mins cardio (120-120 HR) and sometime eating&hellip;</span></p>

<p>My question is if I was doing no direct cardio, eating approx. 3300 kcals on my rest day diet and 3600-3700 on my training days and doing 10k steps.</p>
<p>How would you approach let say 2-5 days straight with no gym with the diet?</p>
<p>Rest day diet all the way?<br />
