Still sore from previous workout on some muscle groups. Should I skip todays training and rest to recover fully and train tommorow as compensation for today or should I go to the gym either way </p>

Also, my gym has basic equipment with the inclusion of a reverse peck deck. I know it’s a bit much but it would be of great help to gain some insight on the matter</p>
