It went really well &#x1f64f; it was actually a week ago already. I’m already out of the sling and should be starting some type of PT soon.</p>

<p>I’m 18 and dealing with multiple injuries and could use some input.</p>
<p>For about 6 months I’ve had persistent knee pain in the front of my knee with a “pressure/effusion” feeling. I had an MRI done and everything came back normal structurally no meniscus, ligament, or cartilage damage just a small physiologic effusion. So it seems like&hellip;</p>

<p>For my situation specifically (chronic patellar tendonitis and likely upcoming posterior labrum surgery), would you recommend adding TB-500 in about 3 weeks, or do you think BPC and GHK-Cu alone are sufficient?</p>
<p>Trying to keep things effective but not overdo it if it’s unnecessary.</p>

<p>I’m 18 and have been out of the gym for about 8.5 weeks with shoulder and knee tendonitis. Pain started a little over two months ago. I stopped lifting right away, got an MRI (came back clean—no tears, just tendonitis), and started PT.</p>
<p>I did 7.5 weeks of PT and now I’m doing home band work, isometrics, and eccentrics. Haven’t been able&hellip;</p>
