If you&#8217;re taking 250mg of sust every 14 days, you&#8217;ll experience very large peaks and troughs in the rate test is released into your system.</p>

I only really put them in because they fit the macros that I was aiming for and I find a little treat helps me adhere to the meal plan for longer&hellip;</p>

Will probably have a look anyway and see how it feels.</p>

<p>What are your favourites? I have a plate loaded dip machine and weighted dips programmed but need a third. Would a 2-board bench press or reverse grip smith close grip bench (think Dante Trudel style) be better?</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve already maxed out the adductor machine they have, being able to do 20+ reps on the full stack with very slow controlled negatives, p<span>roblem is though that the owner won&#8217;t allow weight to be added to the&hellip;</span></p>

Some days I may get off early by half hour, some maybe a half hour later. It&#8217;s a pretty fluid working environment as I work offshore so my work day is dictated by when I get back onshore each day which I don&#8217;t get a say in.</p>
