I just finished a lower session and added +2 reps to both my sets of deadlifts. I haven’t attempted a one rep max on anything in about a year now. I am really curious to see how much weight I can pull. Every lift has astronomically improved since the start and progress is still being achieved. I have been training with a load until I can preform the lift for 10 reps, than I increase the weight and depending on the lift, drop to 7-9 reps. Is this good methodology or should I change something?</p>
