Towards the end of the cut and up until recently I’ve had noticeable strength loss even after reducing my deficit. </p>

For reference 6,4 with long arms  generally work inbetween 5-9 rep range( some variance) controlled eccentric and limited free weight usage for injury prevention</p>

Just to preface I’ve trained for 4 years but dialed in my approach to training as a whole over the last year and a half +</p>
<p>Im currently 16 soon to be 17, 6 foot 4 and approaching the end of an 10 month cut in which I lost 30kgs.
