<p>I am 16 weeks into my rebound here. (Left side was a week after cut ended 231.8 to the right at 247.9. Getting close to my end point (I think), but wanted others opinions on this. Plan is to go into a health phase (didn&#8217;t take much of a break post cut). I want to keep food as high as possible while&hellip;</p>

Only strong point on me is I would say quads as in they are what grows the easiest. Trying to get more arm volume and spread out things for the best. Any look over adjustment  opinions are appreciated. Think the shoulder press might be able to be pulled.</p>

Not sure if it is really needed just imagine eventually there will be some fatigue. <br />Would like my volume to stay similar through the week. Going to list my total volume over a week right now with the PPL R.<br />Would this be better split&hellip;</p>
