<p>Currently in a gaining phase and my weight has stalled for around a week but my lifts are still progressing. Would you recommend waiting until these lift progressions slow down before adding more food or would you automatically add in more calories as my weight has stalled for a week? All help is appreciated:)</p>

<p>I have been running ULR repeat for a while now. I have different rotations of each day. Lower A and B is just a different order of exercises and one day has RDL as I’ve experienced some low back tenderness hitting a hinge so often.</p>
