I finally will give a try to Upper Lower. I was doing Push with biceps, then Legs, then Pull with triceps, rest, repeat. Im natural, Ive been training for 2 years and I want to get bigger,ive been pushing really hard these last months, been making  very good progress, but im convinced with trying this higher frequency split, I want to&hellip;</p>

Having leg day between them so they can recover, its 3 day on 1 off. Is that a smart move so arms can get better progressive overload and also having higher frequency or should i just keep doing the normal PLP? I feel like if i progress on my presses&hellip;</p>
