<p>I want to prioritise my time bulking and gaining as much muscle as I can</p>
<p>so I thought of running a 4 week aggressive cut so I could shave off some chub and continue to then build back up to bulking again, but feeling a little hungry</p>

<p>Currently doing an aggressive cut for 4 weeks to strip some Fat (3050kal to 2200kal) from a year of a slow bulk</p>
<p>If I dedicate a whole day to cardio reducing my lifting days from 5 over to 4 (not intense cardio as this would have been a rest day) can I increase my caloric intake?
