And it&#8217;s still a process getting in, not easy when you can&#8217;t bend the knee.</p>
<p>Had a electric hospital-bed in the livingroom first two weeks, couldn&#8217;t get upstairs to the bedroom. And if I did I&#8217;d never get out of that memory-foam bed.</p>

Hope you recover well.<br />They stuffed me with morphine so the pain wasn&#8217;t all that bad tbh. <p>Recovery is going well, and it seems like I&#8217;m ahead of the &#8220;standarised plan of recovery-time&#8221; from the hospital. I informed my surgeon about my plans with supplements during the &#8220;debrief&#8221; after surgery, and he was intrigued. He could obviously not recommend it due to ethical reasons, but he had no objections&hellip;</p>

<p>I did try split up GH to am/pm for a few days now and night sweats have more or less gone away.</p>
<p>Will try go back to PM today, to see if it&#8217;s a coincidence or not. The night sweats was to a point it was affecting my sleep, sheets would be soaked. Like heavy tren-cycle mid-summer soaked.</p>

Also discovered that Vastus Intermedius probably have been off for a couple of years, explains a lot.</p>
<p>Drilled 3 holes through the knee, attached to each of the muscles pulled down through the holes and fastened below knee before stitching tendons etc back&hellip;</p>
