<p>The dose split is perfect, 6 iu I do prefer split into 3 shots the most and this split works perfectly bud. <p>Question regarding HGH and also blood glucose. If you were running 6iu GH a day would 2iu pre, 2iu post and 2iu before bed be a good protocol? I train in the morning so the first 2iu would be around 5am, 2iu around 8 and then bed around 9 so 2iu 8:30pm or so. </p>

<p>Just wondering how you like to approach calorie increases post show. I&#8217;ll be coming off two shows in a few weeks, getting down to about 2000 calories a day (was eating about 5k in off season). Let&#8217;s say I end my prep around 1800 calories the last couple weeks, after the shows are over, a few meals are had etc, where would you&hellip;</p>
