<p>Today was the first session of the year for me and also a new workout split. Last year for a period of around 4 months I spent time with a similar workout split to below (with the guidance of Joe Jeffrey). It would very well and I got really good results.</p>

Deficit is entirely diff and we end up favouring carbs to a large extent so then overall cals from fats drop closer to 10-15 percent </p>
