Don’t worry about stabilisation , after one exercise you won’t be less stable ! The goal is moving the most amount of weight across both. So using a hammer machine first , won’t really take away from a db press , the other way around it will </p>

<p>262 this morn, nothing food related there , just filling out more from the gear, knees on leg extensions felt a bit hmm again today, and that’s after a run where my e2 would of been a bit higher than now , so for this run I’m going to do 50mg prop/ day , I think that will be ok.
