Thanks mate, I had done a bit of looking into oral BPC as I’d seen Engineered Muscle post about it, I just didn’t want to dive in too quickly with supplements as I didn’t want to use them like a crutch, but if you recommend it and have seen good results with it then that’s ideal, I’ll get some ordered today 🙂

Might be easier to answer this if I do post the plan, I’ve attached it here, hopefully it’s readable!

Yeah issues started near the end of the push up, increased calories a bit too aggressively and ended up around the 6k mark. Did a mini cut and reset to about 5250 but it didn’t help, couldn’t push the food any more so moved into a diet phase…

Ahh, I hadn’t even considered that. I really hope I’m not rejecting foods as my meal plan isn’t super varied to begin with (5% fat beef, chicken breast, eggs, salmon on rest days, jasmine rice, COR, oats, sweet/white potato, fruit & veg, not a lot else!). If I’m turning to serms/AI anyway would it make sense to just run a course of nolva and aromasin to clatter the high estrogen altogether, which would allow me to drop down to TRT dose now? Any…

Advice was that mast can act as a serm so switch to primo or EQ to bring the estrogen down, so been running 500 test / 300 EQ since then. I kept mast in at 200 for the first two weeks because I didn’t want…

Awesome, thanks for that mate, really appreciate the explanation.

I had avoided primo up to now purely because it’s 100mg/ml and means stabbing a lot of oil, but looks like I’ll just have to bite the bullet. If you dont mind mate – you mentioned EQ being the same, would that be a potential option too or did you purposefully recommend primo over EQ?

Just to give a timeline mate, if it helps at all;

First cycle – 14 weeks of 500mg week test enth, with aromasin every other day from mid cycle to end, also 2 weeks of dianabol to kick start

TRT – 14 weeks trying to find a dose that kept me in natural range but struggled with e2, ended up being 3x a week microdose shooting for 75mg/week overall,…

I ran an AI with my first cycle (aromasin), and was going to run it at lower dose with TRT, but was advised to use daily microdosing to control e2 while on TRT and drop the AI, and use mast to control e2 on cycle instead.
