I&#8217;ve been following FBEOD program from JP&#8217;s yt for a while and now am switching to UL. There is a thing that I don&#8217;t understand:<br />Why only triceps and quads have both compound and isolation exercises in the same workout? Do they need double the sets?<br />On UL with load+backoff it seems that quads would get 4 sets per workout and&hellip;</p>
