Do you have an idea how to prioritize these muscle groups in my Split? In one Pull session i still start with bicep. chest movements are in total more than delts. </p>

So you would prefer to put the two lateral raise exercices straight behind the other shoulder movements. My intention was to save energie for heavy movements and do this exercies with higher reps to burn out my shoulders. </p>

<p>My intentions were, if i reduce t4 ammount from 250mcg to maybe 150mcg, that TSHwill go up, my thryoid will start produce more hormones and the t3 and t4 will also be in range. </p>

<p>Blood work:<br />
TSH: 0,05 (complete low)<br />
fT4: 1,37 (mid range)<br />
fT3  3,4 (mid range)</p>
<p>Last 6 weeks I’m was my recovery with 4IU GH pre bed. Now want to go offseason should I lower t4 intake a bit or it’s perfect in range? I’m unsure because TSH is nearly dead, should I produce maybe more self t4 if I lower my intake<br />
