Ft3 above the reference range means your tiromel is legit. </p>

<p>TSH around 2 just shows that your thyroid meds are not fully suppressing your Pituitary-thyroid signaling, which is okay.</p>

<p>if you aint got a thyroid problem (hashimotos etc) to begin with, you could drop t3.</p>

Thyroid replacement with only t4 usually leads to high normal ft4 levels with lower ft3 levels. Most of patients feel fine with that, but a ft3 that low could lead to a slower metabolism than you want it to be</p>

Get bloods done after you came off t3 for a month, you likely gonna need thyroid hormone replacement if you your metabolism was sluggish before starting t3. Your GP or endo is gonna base that on TSH, if you find a good one, he will treat you by your ft4 and ft3 numbers&hellip;</p>

In your case I&#8217;d just do t4, starting with 150mcg as 100mcg doesn&#8217;t even seem to bring your ft4 into the reference range. I suggested reading the thyroid replacement articles on hormonesdemystified.com</p>

The t3:t4 ratio in NDT is 1:4, the human t3:t4 ratio in healthy individuals is usually between 1:10-20 t3 to t4. NDT is derived from pigs and has an unphysiological high amount of t3, which shows as well in your blood work (high ft3, low ft4).</p>

Id do blood again before doing a cycle, being hypo on cycle will just lead to more fat gain. Decreasing your dose to put on mass will result in just adding fat instead of muscle with increased calories</p>

<p>People feel different on different ratios of t4/3, with 150/20 youre taking a ratio of 7.5 t4/t3. Studies found a mean ratio of 15 for t4/t3 ratio in humans, with individuals having a higher or lower ratio.</p>

But theres much controversy about it. Some higher caliber BB&#8217;s implement t3 for their bulking cycles and like it, others say it just makes you flat and weak. Maybe its very individual, idk.</p>
<p>Do you split dose your t3? I normally use 10mcg at 3am, 5mcg at 10.30 and 5 mcg at 6pm.</p>

I dont feel like it has an impact on fullness or my ability to gain muscle tbh, i just use 175mg test e for cruise atm and dont really feel flat if i eat enough carbs.</p>
<p>When cutting, i always get cold hand/feet easily, but with enough carbs, this goes away pretty quick. Are you using any roids&hellip;</p>

<p>with ft3 testingy the timing is going to matter a lot because of the short half life of t3 meds. i guess youre taking the t3 at morning. if youd draw blood an hour or two later, your ft3 will showup high most likely.</p>
<p>With taking t3 once a day, its like using test prop. Shortly after = high blood levels, lower in the evening. You might benefit&hellip;</p>

Thath mechanism could lower TBG, leaving you with more free t4/t3.</p>

<p>I feel okay most of the time, sometimes i think my metabolism could be faster.</p>
<p>Do you think I would benefit from running t4 lower and t3 a bit higher? I recently read that Jordan Peters for example runs 100mcg t4 +37.5 t3 all the time.</p>

<p>I wonder if it would be better to drop t4 a bit and raise t3 to 25-35mcg.</p>
