<p>Imo, you can recover from anything from there upto about 8 weeks out from stage lean and then need to stop with the intensifiers </p>
<p>Then at 4 weeks out need to start paying attention to total volume </p>

<p>Thankyou mate, much appreciated. As far as peds go not too much , I respond well to not a lot. it&#8217;ll most likely be a steady dose of test and primo and will only increase if coach gives it the go ahead and we have tackled all other variables first. Food and training come first.</p>

Telmisartan In short blocks it. </p>

A 1:1 ratio of primo or mast should assist in negating negative estrogenic sides when increasing the test dose. </p>
