<p>Thank you for your very helpful advice and encouragement.  I am going to take that advice for maintenance calories -~5% too.  I completely forgot to mention I am on 2mg of Reta, so I am leaning on it a little too.</p>
<p>This was super helpful and put my anxiety at bay. Thank you guys.</p>

I did search but the tool isnt great &#8211; apologies if this has been explained somewhere.</p>
<p>I finished a 400mg/test cyp+3IU of HGH cycle &#8211; 14 weeks, approximately 3 weeks ago.  I grew from 151lb to 165lb but have now come back to 161lb.  I dropped my test to 200mg too, to get all my bloodwork dialed in.</p>
