Would the 400 now start at 405, then add the 0.5 per session..</p>

Do you follow something along those lines&hellip;</p>

Most physical therapist&#8217;s recommend massage and stretch movements for forearm and heat for blood flow. Did that for 2 weeks, not much improvement..trying mark rippitoe from starting strength routine of&hellip;</p>

Are you wanting to be as fresh as possible for it, as opposed to doing it at the end and not being gassed out for your other back moves.. </p>
