<p>So peptide wise the only one&#8217;s I&#8217;ve noticed increase sleep quality are Selank and Klow blend.</p>
<p>Other than that I would recommend you try Sleep &amp; Relax from DY nutrition (this knocked me out even when I was nearly dickskin shredded).</p>
<p></p>
<p>Could also add in Ashwagandha, L-Tryptophan and Green tea extrakt (all made a significant diff for me)</p>

<p>You could easily run a Torso, Limbs Rest repeat split.</p>

<p>Torso you could start with back, then delts, then chest as then you are starting with the weaker upper body muscles in your physique and moving onto the stronger ones, for limbs you could start with arms and then do low volume lower.</p>

The push up would not be of quality if all you run into are health issues imo.</p>
