I’ve currently been using a curcumin from supplement needs, however this seems to just read as a Turmeric extract with black pepper.

I like the brand, however i’m not the best at reading supplement labels. Was wondering if I need to get a patented raw like cure-coming to get the intended benefits.

Just wondering if anyone had a brand they thought was good, or if it doesn’t matter. No clue if their is anything to be looking out for as a lot of it seems to be just marketing.

Any advice would it be worth to switch.
